“Let me give you some background on our project and the initial successes of our OpenAir implementation with Top Step. It took only nine weeks to develop, configure and train users on OpenAir, which included integration into our ERP system. Within seven weeks of implementation we were running all of our service related business through the OpenAir system, effectively managing our ‘paid time off’, and have 275 associates recording project time. The daily ‘war room’ meeting now takes only 15 minutes versus 60 and we have complete visibility to where our projects are in their life cycle. That visibility is now driving us toward improving our billing cycle and we can now quantify how much time we leave on the table before we begin billing. Top Step integrated themselves into our team working with us shoulder to shoulder to put in place a solid foundation that will allow us to continue to grow and expand our usage of the OpenAir system and ultimately reap the benefits we expect by investing in a PSA tool.
