Paul brings with him 10 years of practical professional services operations experience. Prior to joining TOP Step, was the Director of Operations for a mid-size software consulting firm in Austin, TX. His experience spans many areas including operations management, financial forecast, resource management, recruitment and retention, and account management.
For each customer that he works with he brings his experience and passion for problem solving to help them improve their current situation. He loves being the “good guy” for customers – either by making their jobs easier or by making things possible that were not possible before.
Paul resides in Sacramento California and enjoys his time away from work with his wife and two children. When he has time he likes to relax by playing the piano and acting. One of his more memorable plays was one of the first US productions of “Our Country’s Good” where he played Lieutenant Ralph Clark.
