 I have been involved with IT for over 20 years in many roles ranging from software developer to project manager to operational director. This has given me a breadth of experience in technology services to understand the uniqueness each company offers and how tools and processes can improve the efficiency of business operations. Since June 2005, I have been heavily involved in OpenAir system deployments including a 23 office global deployment within Software AG over the course of 7 months. Currently I am the Lead Customer Advocate heading up the OpenAir Steering Committee for the User Summit 2007. |
